Coach K, works very well with the youth and athletes. With all his athletes he stresses the importance of academics as well. He stress that you are a student first, and athlete second. He is a great positive role model for the youth and has helped alot of kids build positive self-confidence so that they can play and perform to their potential. He is like a Father and Mentor to all the kids he has coached.
